Family

#010March 19,2019 Today I spent time with a family of 15 children. This family had strong genes. There were at least 5 generations present and their features still remain noticeable through every generation no matter the mix. A proud family that came from proud parents. 9 of the children were born in Arkansas and the other 6 children in California. They were responsible parents who tried to raise responsible children who one way or another all made there own mark. Like the folks who came before them had done, they were trying to pass on what they knew. Depending on who your parents are and where you are born, those two things becomes your starting line and the life race is on. Our parents and environment put all they know into us. Their genes, features, blood, sweet and tears, thoughts and mores, yet all that, is only the canvass of the human we become. Even though brothers and sisters may all come from the same canvass, what each gets from the environment makes every painting its own masterpiece.
